1. Order Processing
All orders are prepared within 3–5 business days after your payment is confirmed.
- Processing takes place Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
- Slight delays may occur during peak shopping periods or special sales.
- Orders placed after hours begin processing the next working day.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by region. Standard estimates are as follows:
- Domestic Shipping: 5–7 business days.
- International Shipping: 10–25 business days, depending on customs clearance and destination.
Unexpected delays may occur due to customs, weather, or courier issues. Please use your tracking number for live updates.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on weight, size, and delivery address.
- Eligible orders may qualify for free shipping, shown at checkout.
- Express delivery is available for an additional fee.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
4. Tracking Orders
After dispatch, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can track your shipment anytime on our Track Your Order page.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International deliveries may be subject to customs fees or taxes. These are not included in our shipping charges.
- Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
- If delivery is refused due to customs fees, a refund may be issued minus return shipping costs.
- ZvoevoShop is not responsible for customs delays.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Although rare, issues may occur with lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. We work closely with carriers to resolve these cases.
- Please first check with neighbors or your local post office.
- For lost or stolen packages, a claim must be filed with the courier.
- If damaged, keep all packaging and notify us immediately.
7. Address Errors & Delivery Failures
ZvoevoShop is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
- If the order is not yet processed, contact us immediately to update the address.
- If already shipped, you will need to recover the package or place a new order.
8. Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to delivery failure or unpaid customs charges, you may select one of the following:
- Reshipment: Pay the reshipping cost to have your order resent.
- Refund: Receive a refund minus the original shipping fee.
